Breakfast is served in our comfortable dining room, at separate tables, between 8.30 and 9.00am. By prior arrangement, an earlier, lighter breakfast is available from 8.15am for those wishing to get an early start to their day or have a day trip planned. Where possible, all our breakfast items are locally sourced and are freshly cooked to order.

To help us with breakfast preparation and to avoid food wastage, we do ask that if an alternative to the Full English is required, that we are informed by 5pm the day before.
Choice of Fresh Fruit Juices
Selection of Cereals, Fresh Fruit and Yogurt from the Self Service Buffet
Then choose either:
The Full English
Grilled prime locally produced Cornish Pork Sausage, thick cut back bacon, egg, mushrooms, tomato, baked beans and fried bread
or, The Brunch
A hot toasted English muffin, topped with scrambled eggs and smoked salmon, with a twist of black pepper
To follow:
Toast with Pot of Tea or a cafetiere of Fresh Coffee
or, The Continental
Two hot all butter croissants and a pain au chocolat, served with strawberry jam
A delicious homemade muesli layered with natural yogurt and topped with dried fruits
