Road Directions: From the A30 at St Erth roundabout take the St Ives turning signposted A3074. At the second mini roundabout turn left and follow the brown holiday route signs for the Tate Gallery and St Ives Holiday Village. Proceed along this road for approx 2.5 miles until you reach a junction. Turn right onto the B3311 towards St Ives. At the next junction turn right towards St Ives town. At the double mini roundabout go straight over and head down The Stennack towards the town centre. At the next mini roundabout turn left into Bullans Lane. At the top of the hill is a junction and Belmont Terrace is directly in front of you. We are at No 9 with the silver sign.
